Definition Fat :
A person is fat or overweight if their percentage of body fat is in excess over muscle mass, and therefore has a stout body. The adjective fat refer to a very heavy or bulky person. Being fat is not just an aesthetic issue, because overweight people have health problems, especially coronary.
