No need to visit India, if you go to Los Angeles, you will find as much and maybe even more yoga lovers than in Bombay.
Indeed, this sport (yes I call it a sport) is a must for all those who want to keep a healty lifestyle. Take a class some day and you will feel the benefits rigth away. No more stress, better sleep and even better blood circulations. Yoga is an every day miracle and every one can enjoy it.
Yoga positions are not as tough as they are said to be. You do not have to be a yogi to practice it. Each individual has to find its own pace. The master rule of yoga exercises is not to go further than what you can do. As soon as it hurts you so that you cannot hold your position, then, you should come back to a more convenient one.
That is why it is advised for every one especially soon to be mothers. Prenatal yoga can really help for anxious mothers and it is said that it can even strenghten your baby's health.
Yoga clothing is not different from sports clothing. Ample and soft clothes are advised. You should take off jewels and glasses before you start in order to complete all the positions.
