You do not have to go xtreme to play volleyball on a beach but some people just seem to like it so much that they would play it dead or alive.

Yet most people still wonder how to play volleyball? And even though volleyball has only been invented in the late part of our history it does not take a Harvard graduate to understand its rules.
First if you want to play volleyball you got to get equipped and buy good hands cream and knee pads. You do not always need shoes when you play volleyball because most of the time it is played on a beach. But if you ever want to play indoor volleyball just keep in mind that you can buy good shoes in any sports apparel outlet and you will also find a cool t shirt there that can show which team you belong to.
If you like volleyball but you are too lazy to play it then you can have a great future in volleyball coaching. You will just have to catch up with the rules of this game and also with some things like the dimensions of a volleyball court and that will do.

Last but not least you have to find the best spot to play volleyball. Copa Cabana beach in Rio de Janeiro will always be the perfect place for volleyball lovers but you can find great spots in California like Venice or Santa Monica and even Malibu.
