Vitamin C is very effective for helping your body to ward off illness. Vitamin D comes from the sun as well as certain foods. This vitamin is good for our bones.

How do you know what the necessary nutrients are? You can take a look in a health journal or online at a health web site. These places should be able to provide you with a list of all of the vitamins our bodies need. You may also be able to find a list of what foods have what types of vitamins in them as well. That way, you can figure out what nutrients you are not getting and take a vitamin supplement for it instead.

Where can you buy vitamin supplements? You can buy them in any retail stores as well as health food stores. You have many different options when it comes to choosing a vitamin supplement. Daily vitamins that contain a certain amount of every single vitamin that our bodies need.
