Have you noticed the way trends change? Even the things you used to do in high school, you either have outgrown or just don’t enjoy doing them anymore.
Well, the same thing happens in business. Either they grow, or people make them change their policies because of dissatisfaction, or the competition and media make them change their trends.
Trends have changed as much in business, as in the fashion trend. Business trends tend to lean towards the needs of the customer, whereas before businesses where generally only interested in their own needs. But market research has shown all big business that their customers were interested in receiving customer service and these large businesses started losing money because others started supplying the needs that they were not. even the internet has been affected by this new trend. Most computer repair shops can give you technical analysis over the phone, and help you do a free online virus scan. After the scan they can easier tell if its a hardware, or software problem. Ten years ago you would not have had that option, you always had to take your machine into the shop. They can even do housecall antivirus repairs at a much lower cost than they ever would have before.
