There are many ways to buy train tickets, either on the internet or at the train station. Cheap train tickets can also be found if you spend a bit of time looking for them. If you want to travel across Canada, Via rail travel is a very good option as you will relax and a lot of nice scenery and be able to eat nice meals on the train. Railway tickets can be bought in advance so that your seat is reserved and you can just wait casually until the day of departure. In Europe, you can get go to England and get British rail tickets in advance and travel all over the country. British rail fares are available on the internet and offer a wide range of prices, depending on the days you want to travel, the season, your age and so on. European train travel can be a very fun adventure since you can visit many countries in very few days, with a few stop overs in between major cities so that you can spend a few days here and there.
