The Las Vegas natives are at it again. The Killers will be releasing a new album entitles “Day and Age” on November 25th. The official tour was recently announced and dates are available on their official website. The hot new single is called “Human” where lead singer Brandon Flowers asks “Are we human or are we dancer?” They have already released the video to this single and it can be seen on YouTube at the following link;

Some critics are already raving that this third album might just be the best work they’ve done so far. That is saying a lot considering the success that “Hot Fuss” and “Sam’s Town” had. Once again the band and its sound have continued to evolve and, in the true spirit of Las Vegas, they are not afraid to take risks with their creativity.
In the meantime, if November 25th seems too far, you might want to check out “Sawdust”. Sawdust (clever metaphor for a collection of b-sides) contains many great tracks that any Killers fan would love. Particularly, the song “Leave the Bourbon on the Shelf”, which is the third part (a prequel) of the three-song murder mystery series that tells the story of a jealous boyfriend who murders Jenny, his girlfriend. The sequence to the story is;
1. Leave the Bourbon on the Shelf (Sawdust): Jenny leaves him
2. Midnight Show (Hot Fuss): He murders Jenny and hides the body
3. Jenny Was a Friend of Mine (Hot Fuss): Police arrest him and question him
