For Swine flu influenza there are health officials who are spread through out the world to break the chain of this epidemic. Mexico City is the epicenter of this epidemic as out of every 5 resident of this city suffers from swine flu virus. So far around 103 deaths have been listed due to swine flu virus with many more on the line.

Around 18 deaths in Mexico have been noticed through laboratory tests because of swine flu virus and world health organization is also aware of the fact. In US preparations have been raised to for swine flu virus epidemic after 20 cases were taken in to consideration. The first case was reported in Canada.

Swine influenza is an infectious respiratory virus that’s one can only found in pigs. It is caused A influenza type. Virus among pigs happens year round. This current stress is a new variation of this virus, which is a mixture of human as well as animal versions.

Usually this swine flu virus spreads only from animal to persons but when this flu spreads through person to person it may continue to change making it harder to remove because people have no personal immunity.

The symptoms are very similar to other flu. They may include fever, coughing, sore throat, vomiting, lack of appetite, diarrhea, runny nose etc. the swine influenza spreads when any infected person coughs or sneezes in front any other person. People can also become infected if they touch any kind of flu virus. .

How to protect yourself from influenza A H1N1?
I'm afraid of catching the new influenza a h1n1, and i do not want to be vaccinated because they say that vaccines are too dangerous, but i want to protect myself from the flu. What do you advise to do to boost humanitarian system as much as possible?
Who is most at risk for influenza A H1N1?
