Some women have the same complex: the abdominals are hard to maintain in good shape. Men also are no exceptions to the round belly. There's not thirty six solutions if you want great looking abdominals. You have to make them work! Forget all the belts for abdos who tells you you'll lose weight by sitting in front of the tv eating chocolate. It simply doesn't work. It's just like saying that santa claus really exist. The only good way to train these muscles is to do exercices.
It's not that bad of a torture like some people can think. It's only a good habit to keep. And the more you do it, the easier it gets. In addition, you find yourself in a joyful mood after realising your objectives. However, you have to keepin touch with reality. Do not start to train for the first time your abdos with 1000 sit ups per day. This way you'll want to quit after a couple of days (if not before the end of the first day...) You simply have to find exercices that you'll like to do and that are appropriate to your needs. There's exercices for everybody and nothing beats the sensation that you have after doing musculation. With motivation, everybody can find what they're looking for. After a while, it's not even the idea of strenghtening that pushes you to keep going but more that good sensation after having trained. And ifyou have less motivation, try DVD exercices. They can be a good start...
