The Spirit World is believed to be the place where the souls of the dead can rest in peace; the Afterlife, if we may say, where one's spirit can live on forever. Hundreds of legends and stories were born from beliefs of the existence of Spirits. Many Native Americans Tribes for example believed that a Sacred Spirit was behind each Elements. Respect and protection of nature was carried on through generations for today, to still be part of their teachings.

Spirits are also believed to act as support to our life. A Spirit Guide is said to be a soul capable of helping us with our life tasks, and gives us the strength we need in tight situations. Not everyone knows about or even believes in Spirits Guides, but those who do seems to live in quite a positive way...
