A few weeks ago my sister in law gave me the best birthday gift a woman can receive: a spa day. Almost I died of joy when I opened the envelope and saw the gif certificate to a full day of hedonism and total relaxation. And when I saw the gift certificate was for the Sheraton Wall Center Spa my joy was complete, because it is one of the best spa treatment centers in Canada. I first look at the web site, http://www.vidawellness.com/SheratonVancouverWallCentreHotel.php, and after seeing what they had to offer I decided to make the reservation and go to spend a full day in Vida, so this is called spa and fitness center.
Once I arrived at the spa I had a number of options to spending the day, which I chose the Ayurvedic treatments, which are based on an Indian holistic technique that seeks a balance between body, mind and soul. Before that treatment I went to another massage, the Shirodhara, which aims to calm and reach an advanced state of relaxation. Following these treatments, and others, came to my new home feeling, and with a new feeling toward my sister in law.
