Some of us can remember when the first condos were built, there were just so many that people would be stuck with them and couldn't sell them, so sales were low after a while. They are now a lot more difficult to find and prices have gone up dramatically.

You can find a condo rental in Toronto if you look on the internet or if you just look through your local newspaper. For those looking for vacation condos for rent, there are plenty to be found just about anywhere, but you might need to reserve well in advance. For example, if you are looking for a Florida condo rental during the holiday season, you might need to reserve a year or two in advance for a better pick.

Condo rentals in Florida can be expensive, depending if you will want to be near the sea or inland. Rental properties in Calgary will also be expensive since a lot of people from Canada like to go there and work for some time, and then go back to where they came from.
