There are a lot of recipes to be found on the internet, and it almost makes buying a recipe book worthless. For those wanting to lose weight, there are weight watchers recipes available on many websites and in many languages. You can just print them and then follow the instructions carefully. If you like poultry, a chicken breast recipe is probably what you'lle be looking for and you'll need to make quick choices as there are so many of them published on the net. Chicken breast recipes are easy to make and require a minimum of cooking knowledge so that just about anyone can make them. Low carb recipes are very popular with people watching their weight and at the same time wanting to eat well. Of course, you'll find more than just one chocolate cake recipe but make sure you read the comments left by those who tried the recipe. One thing is certain, you will have fun with all the recipies you try.

Our dinner on Saturday night. Peter cooked. I loved the colours and then started playing around with my food and taking photos. It was really yummy and healthy too ☺
