Among the latest fads in the weight management world is the much touted raw food diet that has even celebrities partaking in it. Indeed the diet world is getting more bizarre by the day. Because doctors warn that eating some foods raw is just but courting disaster. They warn that eating meat, and most dairy raw is a dangerous activity that should not be encouraged.
