Radio has come a long way since its first days several decades ago. There is now free internet radio to be found, from stations coming from all four corners of the world. Online radio stations are an interesting concept for those living outside of their city or country. From anywhere in the world, if you have access to the internet, you'll be able to listen to your favorite radio station from home. FM radio stations are now quite dominant but that was not the case 30 years ago when AM was the leader. Both can usually be heard on the internet. For a complete listing, you can find a radio station guide pretty much anywhere on the internet if you do a search. Also popular more and more, Sirius satellite radio is becoming an interesting alternative to conventional radio and that concept might just revolutionize this medium as we know it.
