Did you know that pork pot roast is leaner than roast beef? One portion of pork pot roast has been calculated to have approximately 400 calories and 10 grams of fat. In comparison for the same portion and cooking, roast beef has 600 calories and 20 grams of fat. Of course, these values may vary depending on the recipe. A sauce recipe based with cream and flour is sure to contain more fat and calories than a recipe not calling for such ingredients. But this is enough to prove that pork meat is leaner than beef.
Easy pork chop recipes can be found on the Internet. One pork chop recipe is simply placing the pork chops on a charcoal grill and turn them over until done, serving with a tossed salad and baked potato. The baked pork chops can be adorned with lemon wedges, making this an excellent recipe for the summer.

Taken covertly, this might look like a normal shop display (this is in a video / newsagents shop in Wednesbury). However, the noted section (hover on the image above) is all various makes and types of pork scratching! I am considering buying every type (and others from other shops round here) and starting a Flickr photo group.
