Confidentiality on Facebook

Those who don't know Facebook are probably not big fans of the internet. However since it's never too late to learn, even the more sceptical ones seems to have an interest for this virtual site. As you may know, Facebook has now a new version you can download. This more performing version will guanranty a better assimilation of the applications proposed on Facebook.

However, even if the Facebook managers are reassuring about it, the security of the site is still under doubts. It has been reported that some leaks of confidential informations has occured the day of the launching of the new version.

The best advice we can give you, if you have doubts with the stealing of confidential informations is to simply write the less about yourself on your page. This way you'll avoid exposing hints on your environnment and your life in general. Avoid writing your phone numbers, adress, birth date or any other informations who would be too intimate on your page. The less you expose your personal informations is the key.
