Some of us have grown up wanting to be perhaps not exactly a movie star, but maybe yes ‘Han Solo’; for those who know what the Millenium Falcon is, having Cheewaka by copilot would have been a dream accomplished. The Star Wars movies, at least, the three first ones, the oldest ones, are pointed out by huge quantity of people from different countries as a jewelry; the main opinion: the three first ones (Star Wars, The Empire Strikes Back & The return of the Jedi) are the most sensational films ever wrote mister Lucas.
Some other of us have grown totally dazzled by the Star Trek movies, the 27 episodes of hallucinating extension from a story that dares to explore de interestellar vacuum… And that has found lots of things to tell. Nevertheless it is quite a sure thing that mister Lucas' team has reached much more with ‘less’, than what has reached the large Star Trek production’s team after 27 films and, perhaps, even after the new Star Trek movie… It is a pretty bizarre cultural interference the one that projects the Star Trek phenomenon over its fans. You have to reckon that there are lots of persons that love Star Trek movies, and, even more about Star Trek fans: you would probably agree that they all resemble a lot... But, for any reason, most 25 – 30 years-old persons have in their top 10 movies rather Star Wars than Star Trek.
You’d maybe like to know and watch some other science fiction movies because Star Wars and the bunch of Star Trek films aren’t precisely good examples of Sci Fi movies nor the only ones… Seen ‘Total Recall’?, Seen ‘Blade Runner’?, have you seen mister Jeffrey Leon Bridges at ‘Tron’?
