Motocross racing is an adventurous sport and no coward can stand that sport because it involves one making up their minds on whatever may happen. Before you think of getting onto that bike, you must go through motocross training because there are specific techniques a rider requires to know and apply if they are to complete a race without being hurt and also leaving the motorbike in proper condition.
For safety purposes the rider must have a tested and proved motocross helmet to cover the head. The nature of the sport is such that in case of an accident, the head is susceptible to bad damage and someone can easily die if they get a head damage through an accident at a motocross race. For this reason there is standard protective attire special for motocross riders, the shoes, the jacket, knee caps, and motocross helmet should be up to standard on top of the motocross bike itself.

But also the motocross riders are supposed to be in a good health condition. People with chest problems are not advised to participate in motocross racing, well they can do the watching and morale boosting, this won’t do much damage if they are not the kind that faint at a loss in a game.
