There is no miracle diet (like a ph miracle diet, the 5 day miracle diet, the miracle soup diet...). Just eat like a normal person, stop to go at fastfood and do some exercices ! Run, play a sport, go outside, stay away from your tv !! This is better than any miracle diet !
