Guys! I know that you want to find out the one who innovate these retail stores which called strip mall in to the world in 17th century. However the concept of fully-enclosed shopping malls was found in 1950’s by Victor Gruen & as a result of that concept the Bergen Mall, the oldest enclosed mall in New Jersey, was opened in Paramus on November 14, 1957. From that onwards it became bigger & bigger. There’s no doubt that we should thank the Austria which is the motherland of Victor.
