With six kids in the house ages nine, ten, fourteen, fifteen, seventeen, and eighteen, plus my husband (who is the biggest kid of all) I could use a house maid. What is the best maid you can get? That all depends on your preferences. If you are looking for a maid that will only communicate when needed then a foreign maid with little English skills is the best for you. My personal preference would be an American maid. I do not have very good foreign language skills so it would be very difficult for me to communicate with a maid from a foreign country. Plus an American maid would be more understanding of the mess that accumulates with six kids under one roof. Being of the same culture there would be less chance of a misunderstanding or conflict of interest. But that is just me. There are all sorts of house maids willing to clean up our messes. One can be found to match anyone’s needs.
