When was the last time you got invitations to go to a party? Parties are held every day whether its a wedding, a graduation or, even just a birthday party. Have you ever thought of the wording that goes into the invitation? Becuase not all invitations are the same. These are the types of questions you ask yourself when you are planning a party and working on the invitations. Will it be a formal or an informal party? Can you send online invitations or not?
There are different rules of etiquette for different types of parties. Of course it also depends on how formal an event it is or isn't. Although I have even heard of some people sending online invitations to weddings.
So there are a few things you need to consider before deciding on the type of invitation to send out:
• Is it an informal event - If it is informal you can either call and make the invitation over the phone or send an online invitation. You could even get creative and make your own invitations.
• Is it a wedding invitation - The invitation you need to send for a wedding should be more forma ald the wedding invitation wording should be carefully selected.
• Is it a graduation - It is perfectly acceptable to use printed invitations or even preprinted invitations to this event. You can find sample invitations from printing companies online
• Is it a birthday party - This is a pretty informal event, so you can even use printable birthday party invitations that you can find online or make yourself on the computer to give to friends and family.
