Besides a hockey puck, if you want to play hockey, you'll need skates and, of course, a hockey stick. If your kid is just starting to play hockey and you need to buy him some equipment, get ready to pay some good money in order to buy all that hockey gear. Hockey pants are not the same price, by far, as a regular pair of pants. Hockey helmets can save a life if you or someone else falls on the ice head first, or if you're hit by a stick. To wear a hockey helmet is just as important and necessary as wearing your seatbelt in a car. And if your kid will one day have high hopes to make it all the way up to NHL hockey, give him all the encouragement he needs and, who knows, maybe he'll become one of those multimillionnaires! For good hockey equipment, you can't go wrong with CCM hockey items as they have shown for many years in the past that they can be quite reliable.
