'Tell me what you eat...' someone said. It's never been more true. Faced with a stressful life, always short of time, we tend to fill our body with just about anything, anywhere, anywhen... All the while knowing that we'll pay the price, sooner or later. And yet, there's no more excuses these days not to eat well. A simple search on the Web will bring hundreds of healthy recipes, including dessert recipes good for both our palate and our health. It's common knowledge that obesity has become a real threat in most developed countries and learning how to eat well is the only way to counter it. Let's make a point of giving our kids nothing but healthy children snacks, and let's make sure we know all there is to know about breakfast nutrition so we can send them off to school on the right foot. It doesn't mean we must keep them away from what they enjoy the most... healthy fast food is not a myth, if one knows where and what to look for. Making sure everyone in the house keeps a health weight must be a priority, even if it means having an online calories counter open when comes the time to cook diner. A good health is well worth all the troubles.
