Are people ever truly happy? Do you know it takes just as much energy to be happy as it does to be in a bad mood or to be unhappy? If you are in a good mood you attract good things into your life that is the theory in quantum physics. That is probably why so many happy faces are drawn or used in correspondence. The idea is that, if you are not happy for some reason or another, you should do things that put you in a good mood like: read happy poems, or watch movies with happy endings. Do anything that will get you in a happy mood again, whether its going outside and playing a game with the kids, or quitting work early, to go and paint, even relaxing and reading could put you in a better mood. The point is not to focus on the bad feelings. This practice has proven to be true that: If you are in a good mood, you attract good things in your life. So once a month, you should try to send greeting cards to acquaintances and friends. To make it a little easier, send free e cards when possible. But if it’s important, send a regular greeting card or a happy birthday card. Wish everyone you know a happy birthday, merry Christmas, or happy New Year.
