A birthday is a significant event in the life of most individuals. So it’s important to at least receive some form of greeting.
Have you ever received a greeting card? The greeting card goes as far back as the ancient Chinese who wrote friendly messages on new years. They were generally hand made until the first greeting card came out in the 1840’s in England in the form of a Christmas card.
Today the greeting card has evolved into something totally new, the online greeting card.
There are all sorts of greeting cards that can be received even online today. You can send a new years greeting, or even a thank you card. You can go to any one of several sites to send free online greeting cards.
Free e greetings are kind of fun and there are even some that have caricatures and are quite humorous. Try making someone’s day and sending them some humorous happy birthday cards. You just may get a smile from them or another greeting in return.
But if you don't want to send a greeting card online because of Spam or virus protection, these same sites offer free printable birthday cards, or free e greetings that can be downloaded, printed and sent through regular mail.
