Nowadays, along with the development of the new technology, internet has narrowed the gap among the people in the world. Take chat software as an example. Since the development of the chat software, internet chat has become more and more popular among people from child to old person. There are three steps about internet chat. Firstly, people log in the chat site of the chat forum which they are favourate to. Secondly, they can choose the type of the internet chat: live video chat, singles chat, voice chat, or java chat. Finally, they can enjoy their chat freely. Internet chat has a lot of advantages, especially for the money. By chatting on line, people can save a big money from normal telephone or long-distance call. The only charge is for the computer devices, broadband rental and the cost is relatively much lower than the normal phone. However, though there is a lot of fun about chat on line, people still need to be aware that there are many fake information from another side where in an unknown corner of the world. Just be cautious and alert, people will enjoy the fun of the internet chat.
