Are you an expert on frames! Many people know about framing because they are either decorators, photographers or artists.

They even know what a digital picture frame is. can you believe it?. They know which will be the most expensive and which are less expensive. Which frames are do it yourself frames and which frames will last longer. They have been to every custom framer within a 60 mile area to see what they offer as far as framing techniques. Some of these people have even worked in a framing shop to learn how to frame. They know which photo frames to buy that are not expensive, but look expensive. They know which metal frames flake and which don't. In fact, they know so much about framing that many of their friends and acquantances call on them, when they want to know something about frames.

It is great having friends that know about these things. Becuase you can always ask for their expert opinion. After all who likes to go to the custom frames shop and know nothing about what they are looking for. When you do that you have to rely entirely on the expert opinion of the sales clerk, who doesn't know anything about you, your home, or the way your house is decorated.
