Since graduating from Lasalle College in Hotel and Restaurant Management, food and wine has become second nature to me. Blending together the finest ingredients and harmonizing it with a great wine. Choosing a good wine to compliment a great dish is never an easy task especially when there are more and more wines available on the market today. You can get very good tips by watching various food channels on TV or even going to food network com and asking them for suggestions on different wines you can use with particular dishes. They usually respond very quickly.

When preparing gourmet food, you need to keep in mind that it is a very delicate dish and you need to pay particular attention to the ingredients you use and try not to substitute with other ingredients. If you do not have a particular ingredient on hand, head over to your nearest grocery stores and they will have most, or if not, all of the ingredients you need.

My suggestion is to pay very close attention to the television show you are watching on how to make a particular dish. If the dish seems to complicated, remember, you can always let your fingers do the walking, food delivery is only 10 digits away.
