Fisher price has been in business for more than 75 years.They started out as by bringing 16 wooden toys to a New York fair. It was a joint venture bringing three business leaders together with their manufacturing experience. Those first toys were based on children's books that Mrs. Price had written. The joys of those first toys caught on quickly and became the foundation for what is today the Fisher Price kingdom. Today they create every type of toy from a to z. They even specialize in baby furniture like the fisher price healthy start high chair as well as others. One of their most famous lines is that of the fisher price little people. The little people have been around for some 45years, they were invented by Fisher Price in 1959 and are still popular with young children today. Little people then evolved to their fisher price loving family line which is also very popular. Most of these toys can be found at any of the department stores like walmart, kmart, and even toys r us. You'll noticed some of their newer lines on the commercials during the sesame street program or even on the backyardigans program.
