In this battle to become the best web browser even though Internet Explorer benefits from the Windows supremacy, Firefox can make a difference with its incredible features. The open source software is indeed very user-friendly. Anyone can choose and enter its favorite web pages and web research pages. They are easily reached. Different from other web browsers, it allows its users to download specialized softwares to upgrade the application like video downloader or all the Adobe Suite. Anyone can create its own software and add it to Firefox and offer it to the other internet surfers, something which is not available on other browsers. Especially the owners of mac os x equipped computers have all the tools to create new options for Firefox.
But the best about Firefox is reliability. A lot of options common with Internet Explorer are way better exploited on Firefox. For instance you can open many different pages in the same window. Firefox is also way safer than its windows counterpart: the spam blocker is very effective(maybe too much) and you are alerted every time you are going on a page which may be dangerous for your computer.
