A lot of people are looking for miracle diets who will make them lose weight in a short amount of time. But, these miracle diets don't exist. Health specialists are saying that the best way to lose weight and to maintain it's balanced weight is to change your alimentation, eat less and do more exercices. Take new resolutions this year to keep yourself in good shape. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Or again, leave your car at home one or two times a week. Go to work with your bycicle.
Try to bring your work partners to follow you in your steps. It's all about team spirit. During breaks, cut all the food that's rich in fat, sugar or salt (muffins, chocolate, chips). Favorise fruits and vegetables. Avoid energy drinks and soda's. Drink water. Lower your stress by relaxing a bit.
At lunch time, avoid fast food at all cost and after eating take some time to go swim or walk with your co-workers.
On your way back of work, get down to a further stop and walk the rest of the way.
When doing your dinner, discover new meals. Vegetables and good oils (olive, sunflower, canola). Lower the portion in your plate and keep the extras for your lunch the day after.
After dinner, you can take a walk with friends or your husband. You need to move!
Sometimes, simple things do all the difference. Maybe it's longer than a fast diet, but it's better to lose weight slowly but surely.
