Family used to be the base of society. In today's individualistic world the traditional family has burst out and new relationships replace it for better or for worse.

The family is the core cell of society as it transmits to its new members its values and tips to evolve in the world. Usually family is not a public but a private affair. Every family chooses to live its own way just as they can choose their doctor. But governments have always tried to influence families because they are very important to a country.
In today's world family is no longer what it used to be. The parents work long hours and the kids see their friends or even celebrities as role models very early in their life. The disappearance of family as we knew it nurtures lots of regrets though. That is why people tend to replace emotional relationships with beliefs over their own family and they build family trees to try to convince themselves that they belong to a great descent. Many other persons worship family photos, but it seems like they spend more time sorting them out and watching them than actually spending time with their family.

Today the family circle tends to be looser than it used to be. Individuals choose the family members they like the most just like they would choose friends to go to the movies. So, the only solution to make everyone come together is the family travel. But, when the family budget is very low it often gets impossible.
