Facebook is all about images and photos that users upload without charge into the largest social network in the world, the act of uploading photos and tagging it is one of the main activities made by users. But this week Facebook has changed their terms of privacy, causing an uproar that ended with a press released and a retraction for the company. Is that since this change Facebook will be the owner of all the photos that you put in the site and thus they alter the contract of privacy that had accepted millions when joining the network.
So no matter if you leave the network and download every photo from Facebook, the site was still the owner of them. But this was ultimately rejected. So all users of Facebook can easily do the photo tagging, knowing that the ownership remains with the author once it leaves the network.
