Personally, I love this powerful data processing tool "excel". While using excel, I always feel I am operating a super spacecraft. Starting with opening an excel format, I fly to and fro between excel database, excel functions and excel pivot table. As my computer operational system is Windows XP, I employ windows excel a lot.

In truth, I'm not good at numbers at all; but with this almighty helping hand, I simply love the numbers on every excel spreadsheet! Comparing with the traditional Foxbase, excel, with its "excel vba", enables the users to develop some application programmes by themselves since "excel vba" has enhanced the functions the excel database.

Excel VBA (Visual Basic for Application) is designed for computer programming. With vba, interactive sheets could be worked out to communicate with the users. Besides, vba also turns complex operational procedures into several simple buttons. Excel vba can also be used to develop macro directory, as well as to control excel 2000 worksheets, and format units.

All in all, excel has been an irreplaceable part with regard to data processing.
