Your journey to a relationship with an employer will start with a job search. You may do this by Internet at home or at an employment office; where computers, fax machines and copiers will be at your disposal. Also you may benefit from the advice of counsellors. You will go through lists of job openings in your area of expertise or close to your city. In order to know your rights in a relationship with an employer you will be well advised to inform yourself through employment news and by reading the labour law that applies in your area. In your job search you may want to check out details like whether an employer will offer health insurance cover and any contribute a portion towards your social security or not besides the salary being offered. This is because health care can be very expensive especially if you have dependants. At times it is better to accept a lower salary in an organisation that has many company-covered benefits since even if you have to contribute the premiums will be considerably lower than if you had to negotiate individually.
