Eminem will be releasing two new albums in 2009!

It’s official now. No more rumours, no more false hopes, and no more phoney album titles. Entitled “Relapse”, its Em’s sixth studio album (if you count Infinite, his first release). The release date is May 19th 2009. That’s really soon! From the time that this article is being written, that’s exactly 28 days, 2 hours, 35 minutes, and 7 seconds (the official website has a countdown!).

Now after all of this intense waiting, it’s been announced that Eminem will be releasing his 7th album shortly afterwards (month of November 09’) entitled Relapse 2. You think he’d be able to stretch it out more so that hungry fans didn’t have to wait too long! But no matter, the wait is over and now fans can look forward to not only a long anticipated new album but a second one to follow it up closely.

With the impending album on the way, Eminem has released the first official video for relapse. The song is entitled “We Made You”. As usual, it’s full of his usual zany slapstick and chock full of celebrity attacks. This time he decided to dis’ the likes of Jessica Simpson, Tony Romo, and Amy Winehouse. Critics might say that he’s back to his old tactics and trying to shock people by making fun of celebrities. The song itself isn’t really groundbreaking... He sings with a choppy style that is different from anything he’s done so far but it comes off slightly annoying. Hopefully the rest of the album will be better. Time will tell.
