El Paso, Texas is fast becoming somewhere that a lot of people know about. It is one of the larger cities in Texas. It is not as large as Houston, Austin or Dallas, but it is not too far behind them! What makes El Paso unique is that it borders Mexico and is also very close to New Mexico as well. There is even a small town in between the two states called 'Texico'. El Paso Texas is very rich in history. The establishment of this city dates back to when the Spanish explorers were discovering America.

There are many jobs in El Paso. Soon there will be even more because of all of the troops coming in. El Paso has a lot of character as well. There is the Fort Bliss Army Base which is located next toe the El Paso International Airport. There is also a great college which is the University of Texas in El Paso. The famous basketball coach Don Haskins coached there! If you like the theatre there is an outdoor ampitheater located in the side of a beautiful mountain! The El Paso, Texas weather makes it possible for this theatre to be used often.

There is also a great downtown in the city of El Paso. This downtown area has historic locations, museums and many other attractions. As the years go on, more and more jobs will become available in El Paso! This is because it is such a large city with so much variety as well!
