Chocolate easter eggs are the all time favourite during Easter, for children in particular. But if you want a more adult gift, perhaps you could go for a faberge egg? How about a new egg chair? Of course you always have the traditional decorated hard boiled eggs.
How do you like your eggs? Below are some egg calorie counts:
-One hard boiled egg: 76 calories.
-One egg white: 17 calories.
- One scrambled egg with milk: 100 calories.
-One egg yolk: 59 calories.
The egg yolk is known for its high cholesterol content. If you are worried about your cholesterol levels but don't want to skip out on the goodness of eggs, you can still have your scrambled eggs - just reduce the amount of egg yolks. Try using two new and fresh egg whites for each yolk and you will have a delicious meal with less cholesterol and less calories.
Try your favourite green eggs and ham recipe with fewer yolks and more whites. Think about this next time you make an egg salad sandwich or any recipe asking for eggs.

I embroidered 5 little eggs in a nest for my Mama...she has five of us girls! This is itty bitty. One about 1"x1.5"!
