The Deviant Art community of artists

Prior to internet, the community of artists gathered in plazas, schools, bars, restaurants and homes. Go into them was very difficult, but once inside, the artist were part of a whole, and discussing art, politics, society and even food. But now these closed communities are in danger of extinction, now there are web sites like DeviantArt that is an open invitation and from it website generates a new user every hour, that became members of a very particular artistic community.

In www.devianart.com there are millions of works of art available for everyone, and is also available the DeviantArt chat, where everyone who is registered can chat with other members, like the old art communities except that here they can discuss with someone from India, Argentina or Canada. Furthermore DeviantArt has a very good search engine that helps you find among the millions of creations the one that you like and even you can buy it from the artist. And here is where another difference sets, thanks to the website they can sell his creations worldwide.
