This was pretty cool. It showed up when I bought a CD online. After the regular "enter your card number here", I got this screen, which prompted me to put my card in my chip reader, press the "purchase" ("köp") button, enter my PIN, enter the code on the screen (blanked out on this photo), and then enter the response into the web page.
I dunno how secure it seems though. There's no transparency at all - my internet bank (swedbank) encodes the amount or bank account number as the code you enter into your PIN pad, so you know right away if you're being phished since the numbers don't add up.
