E-Mails once used to be a way of communicating. Nowadays, they are a lot more than this; they have become a way of expressing ourselves.
The HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) is at the origin of the use of colors and graphic elements in e-mails.
You can create html emails by using programs such as Front Page or Dreamweaver, but note that you will have to store all your files and templates in a website hoster. Also, remember to save your pictures in a picture hoster site such as Photobucket so that everyone who will receive the e-mail will be able to view the pictures you have included in it. Make sure not to forget to test your codes before sending html emails.
If you hesitate between HTML and normal e-mail form, note that creating html emails is great, because they are attractive and are supported by most of e-mail servers. Nevertheless, hackers can send viruses in HTML codes and they are not supported by all computers.
If you have created an e-mail and that you are not sure about how to send html email, note that it is pretty simple. You simply have to open your e-mail server, click on the ''new message'' button and to paste your codes. In Outlook, go to ''Insert'' and ''Text from file''. Upload your HTML template file, and you are ready to send your message.
