As the advancement of the society, court system have been gradually got to be completed.Every countries have their own court order to assist legal system.In term of United States, there are fifty-two courts,but not every courts belong to depend wholly legal system,developing themselves.And there are also the separate fedal court and many kinds of courts, such as county court ,tax court, and traffic court ,etc. County court often deals with the court case which is happened in local area.Tax court chiefly handles the tax case.Traffic court also transants the case of traffic accident .The rules of court are justice, equity and publicity.In the open court , there are no status and identity .Facing court system, every citizens should be equal and be entitled to exert own power. The feudal courts pay more attention to citizens’ power .Generally speaking , the court could insure victim’s justifiable rights and prescribe heavy penalties for offence.
