Corporations are today a main feature of the 21st century’s western and eastern civilizations. The idea behind any corporation is that the collective work and orientation to the success of the firma would benefit all stakeholders and everyone who is interested in the growth of the firma’s trade movements. Which means that every employee who has at least one share from the corporation’s stocks, would love to see the value of his or her inversion going higher and higher with the value of the firma. From the Ontario Lottery Corp, going through any Financial Services Corp, or through a computer sciences corporation, all corporations share one (sometimes more) form from six corporative models of organization.
And they tend to act in a very similar way, no matter which branch or industry the corporation is consecrated; because corporations operate in several branches and industries, sometimes is difficult to identify the ‘real boss’ behind a trade mark. Imagine just that a corporation can cover wide economic fields, and the corporation may have asset management activities incorporated among multiple other financial or lending, constructing, retailing and(so on...)hedge-funds activities.
Thus, for instance, it is very common that a mortgage corp has a broad scope in merger & acquisition business, but as well shares and influence in every other trade activity that is profitable. Which is very intelligent, because when crisis occurs (like now, that financial woes spread accross mortgage markets) the corporation that stands fixed to one or few economic and productive fields that fall under pressure may face unpleasant risks of extintion...
