Condos are a great alternative if you do not want to own a house and if you do not want to rent an apartment. Here are some information about the prices of condos, wether you want to buy one as your principal home or summer home.

Condos for sale in Montreal are usually sold at the starting price of $300,000. Some of them are even located in the downtown area and it is possible to have a garage to park your car. Luxurious condos are very expensive. Their price ranges from $500,000 to $800,000. But, I have seen newly-built lofts and condos starting at $140,000.

As for condos for sale in Toronto, their prices usually start around $350,000 for a two-bedroom condo. One-bedroom condo prices range from $350,000 to $500,000 and studios are sold starting at $180,000.

Condos in London, Ontario are more affordable. In fact, it is possible to own a condo for $179,900.

If you are looking for a condo in Florida, Florida condos for sale can be found in Orlando, Miami, Naples, Merritt Island, Palm Coast, Madeira Beach, St. Pete Beach, etc. Miami condos that are located in front of the ocean are sold at a minimum of $859,000 USD. On the other hand, Orlando condos cost around $300,000.
