I don't know the statistics, but I'd be surprised if there was a single household in North America without a computer, it makes the computer retail store the place we're most likely to visit at least once a week. The newest PC, all shiny and colorful, will drive us to the computer software store in search of novelties. The old faithful ones will regularly force us to the computer parts store looking for pieces to fix them.
In any case, assuming we need neither software nor parts, the kids are likely to drag us to the nearest
computer game store the minute we hit the Mall.
Surfing the net has become an addiction, and many would rather live without a TV than without a Modem. It's a costly hobby though, so many will try to save money by shopping at the local used computer store . Others, with a true knowledge of the field, will even build their PC from scratch, getting all the pieces they need from any good computer hardware store .
Used or new, laptops or towers, the computers are here to stay, and the computer store not about to disappear from the scenery.
