Long time ago, our ancestors have learned to predict the weather and climate by observing celestial phenomena. This is a comparably primitive method to predict the weather due to the limitation of science level.
As the science developing, we master many scientific methods by using weather radar, satellite weather, weather map to analyse and predict them and then those countries provide the weather report to poeple by national weather service.
The weather report play more and more important role in our daily life. We get the weather report from the weather network or weather station and so on for our prevention of lost from bad weather. And the local resident can get the weather report from local weather prediction for the exact prevention.
As the problem of global warming become more and more serious even threaten our earth life. The experts also need those weather datas from those weather reports to get the climate control.
No matter how clever our mankind is, The one thing we must bare in mind is to take good care of our earth. Otherwise we will lose our homeland once the global weather getting worse and worse.
