There are many brands of Cuban cigars available, such as, Monte Cristo, Romeo Y Julieta, Davidoff and many more. These are possibly the top brands on the market today. Although Cuban cigar prices are moderately priced, they are probably the best cigars on the market. Paying $50.00 for a single cigar may not always give you the best flavor or bang for your buck. My personal favorite at a very good price and which is good for all occasions would be the Romeo Y Julieta "Punch" cigar. Take my word for it, you will not be disappointed.
When collecting cigars, you must always have the right cigar accessories for the job. An absolute must is a cigar humidor, the right cigar lighter and most of all, the perfect cigar cutter. Remember, avid cigar smokers can detect a real cigar smoker from the fakes. So when you attend a social cigar event, always remember to carry the right equipment, practise smoking a cigar the way the pros do before you head out and most importantly, please order the right drink, such as a Cognac or a Porto, to accompany the cigar.
