Chocolates has been hailed as a healthy food in recent times as it contains a chemical that helps to lower bad cholesterol from the blood. The variety hailed to be most helpful is the dark chocolate preferably eaten in its natural taste. Chocolates also serotonin releases which produces a 'happy feeling 'in humans henece the reason lovers buy each other chocolates. Chocolate is produced when the cocoa bean is cracked open, fermented, roasted and then ground. Whenever we mention chocolate we instantly think of a chocolate bar we find in the shops. These have a mixture of cocoa powder and fat and milk and other ingredients depending on the taste desired. They may contain coffee, orange, vanilla or any other ingredient that humans can conjure up. The chocolate is an ingredient that can be incorporated into a cake recipe. I think of chocolate fondue, white chocolates cheesecakes, or chocolate fudge. Chocolate cake recipes are as varied as they are types of chocolates bars. Oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are another favourite staple snack, or if you would like some nice chocolate truffles. A chocolate fountain is a good investment for your parties; you could get them at wall mart for a very cheap price.
